Expanding The Passion

Live, Love and Laugh

which is the more powerful, good or evil?

before you answer, if by nothing more, judge by this fact.

For three decades i obeyed Satan, therefore, one could say i am an ex-Satanist. There is an umbrella of demons and gods in his kingdom. They lured me to believe and question some of their religious organized Demoninations such as Baptist, Methodist, Lutheran, Scientology, Catholic, Jewish, LDS, SDA, KKK, Mormon, Buddhist and "non-denominational". The reason this is evil is because The Good God set in place the Law in Heaven before we arrived on the scene. That Law included the last day of the week as the Sabbath. The Vatican says they changed the law, as predicted in Daniel 7. Satan believed all of God’s Law foolish. He believed that he could rule better than God. So God sent him to earth to rule a spell. He’s proven his way is death. Everyone can see it around the world, around the town, around the block, around the house.

He rules everyone here that Christ does not.

He ruled me for almost thirty years. during that time i was addicted to sex, porn, alcohol, tobacco, thc, jealousy, low self esteem, shopping, anger, pride, selfishness, lies, murder. i murdered myself by pulling into speeding traffic. the car that hit me was totaled as was my honda crx. there was no scratch on either of us. murdered three unborn Souls. I was married and divorced at age 21. Then I took control of things. I decided if I moved 3,000 miles away I could escape the dark cloud in my Soul. After arriving to my new life I soon found that murdering myself was becoming an every day thought. Despite that dreams were coming true every day. That dark cloud lasted until the breath that I asked Christ the Lord to show me Truth if He was real.

That was ten years ago. There hasn’t been the first though of killing anyone. There is no more addiction. There is love, peace and joy like none other than from the one that wants the best for me. My best friend is Christ from Nazareth. He is the only one that walked that said he would prepare a place and return for us to remove us from Hell. He loves us more than Satan hates us.

Satan did not rule me better than Christ.

God is Love. Love is willingness. Love is free will. Love is loyalty. Love is rare. Love is surreal. Love is passion. Love is perfect.
Heaven to come!

That is the only place one exists without the other.
if there is a kingdom, that means the king is a ruler, correct?
free will is love. I am in God’s Kingdom by decision because I want Him as my King.
to bunnies: don’t understand your answer.

dear soul, in case you are not aware…every lawyer on the planet will confirm that will and testament can be altered at any point as long as the person is breathing. that same lawyer will confirm that once the last breath is drawn, the will and testament cannot be altered in any way. wake up all you Vatican Ruled Demoninations falling under Satan’s many organized religious churches.

holy king james bible
you can catch me anywhere standing up for God’s good justice.

Goodness and righteousness is more powerful.

In the short term it may seem the opposite is true, but in the long run it always fails.

However, love never fails, and only grows stronger.

Can you please help me with editing my essay?

Posted by admin on Sep 2, 2010 under expanding the passion for love

I am 17 and I am about to graduate. I am applying for The Arts institute of America and I have to write a 250 word essay. English is not my first language, so if you see any errors, please inform me. Thanks

When considering The Culinary institute of America, I am struck the most by its successful graduates and its diverse student body. The prestigious faculty that before, I only read about or saw on TV impresses me. It is humbling to have the opportunity to be mentored by these great minds. My passion for cooking is why I believe it would be a wise choice to accept my application for entry into the highly esteemed Culinary Institute of America.

I am a young woman of Middle Eastern descent, who grew up in Baghdad, Iraq. I was twelve years old when I left Iraq and started travelling to Jordan and Egypt, that’s when my passion for cooking began and I started developing a decent understanding of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisines. I’ve been in USA for three years now and I’m about to finish my senior year of Home schooling.

I love everything about cooking. I love to be in a hot kitchen with the smell of garlic and rosemary being crushed, the fresh cooked Dolmas, and the wonderful aroma of baked pastries. But most of all I love the atmosphere of the kitchen and am awed by the speed at which every dish is customized for each diner and how food generally makes people happy.

The CIA is known globally as a prestigious institution of learning. It has stood for excellence and progressive thought. And it would be a privilege to study there and expand my knowledge and love for cooking. A degree with your institution is sure to open doors of opportunities for me in the culinary world. I am hopeful that you will provide me with a positive response.

I have edited the below text. Anywhere you see a word or symbol in [brackets,] that means I’ve changed something about that word or symbol, or I’ve added it where it wasn’t there previously. If you see empty brackets like these [] it means I’ve deleted something. I hope this helps you!

jazz school for country guitar?

Posted by admin on Sep 2, 2010 under expanding the passion for music

I’m a GED holding 17-year-old looking to pursue a BM in jazz guitar but I need some help finding a school. My passion is country music however I think learning jazz would be extremely beneficial to expanding my knowledge of music theory and the fretboard. My three choices right now are Belmont in Nashville, ASU here in Phoenix, and UNT in Denton, TX.

-Belmont seems like the best choice because I’d be right in the heart of Nashville and closer to the type of music I want to play. They’ve also got a Commercial Music major which I’d surely take advantage of.

-I’m instate for ASU and I don’t need to pay for a dorm since I’ll be living with my cousin. I can also get a certificate in Arabic.

-UNT is certainly one of the most competitive but I’ve heard it was a great school.

Ideally I would learn western swing by myself and not sink into insurmountable amounts of debt at a 4 year institution. If you’ve got any western swing books or DVD’s I should check out let me know.

Also, any suggestions other than the three schools provided must be in the south/southwest (so no Berklee’s or Amherst’s) and obviously consider the fact that I have not finished high school and won’t be able to provide an SAT till next year.

It depends on what your financial situation is. The good thing about Nashville is there are countless professionals (a long-time session piano player is a professor at Belmont, as is a highly respected historian and author; plus, Belmont hosts the International Country Music Conference every year). The BAD thing about Nashville is the market, so to speak, is flooded. Everybody flocks to Nashville.

If you’re in-state for Arizona State you have the advantages of cheaper tuition, free lodging, and the music scene isn’t overcrowded.

Texas is a good mid-point because there is a thriving music scene in Texas that is more based on real country music than the manufactured, cookie-cutter stuff that Nashville vomits up…er…produces.

BTW, jazz is an outstanding way to go. If you listen to most of the old western swing fiddlers you’ll hear the influence of Joe Venuti, and Django Reinhardt influenced at least four Hall of Famers’ music styling. And the late Randall Hylton wrote a song called "The Mother of Bluegrass" in which he claims for the punch line that Louis Armstrong is the REAL father of bluegrass because of the jazz influences on bluegrass.

What do you think of this opening for my personal statement for uni? (primary teaching) ?

Posted by admin on Sep 2, 2010 under expanding the passion for life

When faced with the question, regarding a primary teacher who has in some way inspired or influenced you, almost everyone has an answer. Everyone can relate to a time when a teacher’s encouragement, support and guidance have resulted in an outcome which may never have occurred without them. This proves the point that primary teachers play such a role in a child’s life that they can impact upon and inspire them in such a way which will affect them throughout their live. To provide this effect primary teacher’s require many qualities and I believe; only a certain type of person is able to provide these. Not only does the profession of teaching require qualifications, but life skills, and more importantly a passion to be part of the development of a child’s life. For that reason, I believe teaching is the only profession for me.

Good and bad criticism welcome.
Anything you would add?
Take out?
Expand upon?

Thank you 2 any1 who helps x

That’s brilliant! Better than mine was!
You could try adding in a personal experience, was it a teacher who inspired you to go into teaching? Don’t ramble on too much, just a sentence or two.

Universities do like knowing ‘background information’ on potential students.

Good luck!

Seagrave – Solar Flare

Posted by admin on Sep 2, 2010 under expanding the passion for beauty

2 Seagrave Solar FlareAnother Downtempo track. Powerful and dreamy, complete with vocals and lush warm pads.

Lyrics:
The subtle chaos, the darkness surrounds me, a major showoff, with all of its beauty
amongst the power, a peaceful reminder, silence devours the space that divides us
off in the distance, across the horizon, a slight ignition, a hint of a new dawn
a new creation, a start of a new world, a mass elation of stars and emotion

And its Through time and space that I drift, final solitude is my gift.
I can see across the galaxy, all existence viewed in harmony.
but out of the 400 million suns, I can’t take my eye off the brightest one.
A star with infinite amounts of bliss, a solar flare just waiting for my kiss

Up from the ashes she’ll rise like a pheonix, with fire and passion it’s hard to ignore it
a supernova of fury and power, creating beauty, in scale with no other
within the violence of expanding nature, shockwaves of pleasure can take you to rapture
a burning soul with a beautiful wrapper, slowing unvieling what she has to offer

And its Through time and space that I drift, final solitude is my gift
I can see across the galaxy, all existence viewed in harmony
but out of 400 million suns, I can’t take my eye off the brightest one
A star with infinate amounts of bliss, a solar flare just waiting for my kiss

Is passion and love needed in life?

Posted by admin on Aug 30, 2010 under passion and love for loved ones

I’m 21 and never been in a relationship, nor desire to be in one. I’m probably asexual. I think society puts way too much emphasis on relationships and finding that special someone. Why can’t people just be happy with themselves? People think that being in a relationship will automatically make them happy and solve all their problems. Why is there obsessive interest over relationships?
I’m not really that close to anyone. I only have one or two friends. It’s hard for me to get close to people in general…kind of because I don’t see why people would want to hang out with me. So I guess in some ways, I have low-self esteem. I don’t think I’ve ever emotionally opened up to another human being..
My question is, am I missing out on what life is all about?

Part of be doesn’t believe in love and thinks it’s just a silly human emotion. However, that means, every other human emotion is silly as well. So I do realize my thinking is slightly skewed. I also realize that just because I don’t believe in love, doesn’t mean it’s not valid.

I also realize that part of my inability to love probably comes from the inability to love myself. However, it’s not like I hate myself either. I do think I have some good qualities, but overall, I’m just don’t really care.
I realize that when I get out of college, I’m just going to have a career and ultimately die. Work work work..and then death. On top of everything, I don’t know what I really love…Yeah, I like economics, philosophy, psychology…but I’m not passionate about anything. I could find my passion and find meaning..but why bother?

I applaud you. For real.

I think they are people out there that don’t really need to be in intimate relationships. However, if you’re outgoing enough you’re going to be dating just b/c you will attract someone’s attention.

There’s a term I learned in school (broadcasting degree) called CULTIVATION ANALAYSIS. This means: "idea that television ‘cultivates’ or constructs a reality of the world that, although possibly inaccurate, becomes the accepted reality simply because we as a culture believe it to be the reality."

I believe that this may have happened in terms of the importance some people place on being in relationships. I work w/ a lady who’s going through a divorce. Her daughter refuses to see her and stays with the Dad instead. She bounces around from friend to friend with no real place to live. In addition to rent, she’s run out of money for things like food, her medication, and clothes (like work clothes that meet dress code standards). Yet, she’s more than willing to go out every single Friday and Saturday night, dating different guys and charging up exorbitant alcohol bills at the bars. She may want a guy in her life to replace her husband, but I think her priorities are a little off. That’s one too many romantic comedies at work, wouldn’t you say??

That being said, I think most people desire to find people to love. Whether that’s friends, a significant other, children. Something.

In your case, you don’t sound like you truly are content with being alone. You come off as shy and reclusive. And making statements like "work, work, work… and then death" doesn’t sound very upbeat and happy to me. I think you are depressed. I also think that you lack confidence in your ability to get a girlfriend, thus you are on here trying to rationalize to both us and yourself that you can have a perfectly happy life without ever getting a girlfriend and starting a family. I believe some people can do that, but I don’t think that even you believe you are one of them.

You shouldn’t have shame in who you are. And I bet you can find more friends and/or a girlfriend. You just have to be realistic. You like indoor, intellectual activities I’d guess. So, you aren’t going to be a catch for the girls with the perfect tan, the shapely body and a knockout in a bikini. You have to be realistic with your standards. It’s harder for you to find people who you will be able to relate to b/c your social habits mostly involve keeping to yourself and that’s going to be the same for those people who’d you get along with well. I know a guy kind of like that. He ended up making some friends with a group of people he played Super Mario Smash Bros w/ on the internet. My only real advice for you is to not be afraid to meet new people. The only thing worse than making a bad impression is making no impression at all.
